On behalf of an international mid-size company based in Morges, we are searching for a

Customer Support Coordinator English/ German or English/Italian

Long Temporary Assignment in order to reinforce the Department

Description du poste

  • You are accountable for managing requests from both direct and distributor customers within the EIMEA region
  • You coordinate front-line logistics operations ensuring the proper distribution and transporation of service spare parts in the ERP system
  • You answer and dispatch calls and e-mails during scheduling shifts (7 am-7pm)
  • You create work orders for all incoming requests
  • You support the ordering of parts and track them until arrival on site
  • You manage day-to-day logistics issues with the service team and carriers
  • You transact inventory movements in the ERP system
  • You oversee service agreements activities including setup systems, approval follow-up and reporting (KPIs)
  • You manage new customers and support GDP user training and activities related to onboarding in systems

Profil attendu

  • At least 2-3 years' experience in Customer and/or Logistics support role within an international environment
  • Fluent in English with very good command of German or Italian (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Customer service oriented, can work under pressure and stressful situations
  • Good knowledge of and ERP, SAP is an asset
  • Flexible for scheduling shifts
  • Avalaible immediatly
