• Expert Support: Deliver second and third-level support for SAP modules in Production Planning (PP/PI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Quality Management (QM).
• Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve issues within live production systems, ensuring seamless operations.
• Project Champion: Play a key role in international SAP rollouts, collaborating with cross-border teams.
• Requirement Guru: Gather and translate business requirements into actionable SAP Requests for Change (RfCs).
• Innovative Developer: Analyze, develop, and test change requests, driving continuous improvement in business processes.
• Process Maestro: Standardize processes across all operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven Experience: At least 5 years working with SAP ECC ERP 6.0 in PP/PI, WM, and QM modules. Experience with MM and SD modules is a plus.
• Technical Prowess: Familiarity with MES system integrations and warehouse management systems like Promag. ABAP programming skills are advantageous.
• Global Mindset: Experience in international IT environments is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• EU citizenship is required due to work permit regulations
