Talent Acquisition Specialist 
For a 6 months temporary position at 100%

Job description

In this role, you will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent across their global operations. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while promoting the employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates using various sourcing channels.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by representing the company at events and online.
  • Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
