For one of our clients a Family Office based in Geneva, we are seeking a

Spanish - Speaking Personal Assistant (H/F)

for a permanent 50% part-time position (mornings only).

Job description

Facilitate all office and administrative matters for Principal to operate at maximum efficiency.

As required, manage Principal:

  • Agenda:
  • Conference calls
  • Meetings
  • Lunch's, parties
  • Travel

Administration Office:

  • Home management
  • Office administration
  • Mail reception
  • Database management
  • Inventory Management
  • House maintenance

Expected profile

  • Relevant education needed to perform the Personal Assistant duties.
  • 10 years experience as an Personal Assistant position or similar.
  • a background in hospitality as a Housekeeping Supervisor would be highly appreciated
  • Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and precise approach.
  • Excellent business presence.
  • Fluent English / French / Spanish.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft - Word - Excel.
