In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing Linux systems within a complex IT infrastructure
• Supporting and maintaining virtualized environments using VMware
• Automating and managing IT processes with Ansible and Terraform
• Developing Bash and Python scripts to optimize routine tasks
• Contributing to the migration from Puppet to Ansible for more efficient configuration management

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 1–3 years of experience in Linux system administration (preferably RHEL/CentOS)
• Basic knowledge of VMware or a similar virtualization platform
• Initial exposure to Ansible and Terraform (through work or self-study)
• Ability to write and modify Bash or Python scripts
• Familiarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration
• Interest in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) and modern configuration management tools
• Analytical thinking and a strong DevOps mindset
