• Architect and implement a high-performance market-making bot designed for scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the business product owner to ensure alignment between technical execution and business goals.
• Work alongside a team of highly qualified engineers, exchanging ideas to refine and elevate the technical approach.
• Leverage modern technologies to create solutions that meet demanding performance standards.

• Proven Expertise: A solid track record in developing high-performance automated trading systems.
• Proficiency in Rust: Deep experience with the Rust programming language is essential.
• Low-Latency Communication: Experience working with low-latency, HTTP-based communication protocols.
• Cryptocurrency & DeFi Knowledge: Familiarity with crypto and decentralized finance is a plus but not required.
• HFT Experience: Experience with high-frequency trading systems is an advantage.
• Systems Engineering Depth: A strong background in systems software engineering, ideally at a senior level.
• Autonomy & Communication: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Good command of French & English.
