For one of our clients, working in medical devices sector based in Nyon, we are looking for a:
Customer Service Representative - German, English and French speaker
For a 6 months temporary contract, starting from 06.01.2025 to 30.06.2025
Stellenbeschreibung
Order Handling:
• Daily management of incoming customer orders
• Follow up on order status/ backlog taking ownership for required actions.
• Raise Non-Conformities (NC) as per requirements.
• Issue / coordinate Credits, Rebills, Returns linked to orders as per requirements.
• Investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.
Customer Management:
• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls or emails. Inquiries may include pricing, stock availability, delivery, and order status as well as product information.
• Highlight procedures and work instructions corrections and/or updates to your direct report if required.
• Ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations.
• Contribution to Daily Management (DM) ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.
Erwartetes Profil
• Preferably with experience in a customer support center and/or with customer service administration
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 minimum), French and English (C1 minimum). Any other European language is an asset.
• Urgency focused – Focus on critical deliverables and high priority assignments, owns a sense of urgency and prioritizations.
