Finance Manager 80% - 100% H/F
This is a key role in overseeing management reporting and forecasting, with a strong focus on month-end close activities related to inventory management. The ideal candidate will also support the legal entity forecasting cycles for certain locally-based entities, including intercompany Sales and COGS calculations, preparation of cash flow forecasts, and input of data into our systems.

Management Budgeting & Projections: Collaborate with the business to compile management budgets and projections in association with the Distribution company.
Inventory Management : Coordinate and calculate the monthly inventory obsolescence reserve.
Accruals Management : Capture and post accruals for warehouse, distribution, and other operational expenses.
Reporting & Analysis : Report monthly management results, comparing against the latest projections.
Account Reconciliation : Complete certain account reconciliations related to inventory.
Intercompany Transactions : Assist in the calculation and input of intercompany sales, COGS, and other items for various budgets and projections.
Audit Support : Provide support for internal and external audit requests.
SOX Conpliance : Assist in the implementation and operation of SOX controls to mitigate control deficiencies.
Ad-hoc Tasks : Support the Boudry Finance Management Team with various ad-hoc tasks.
Erwartetes Profil
Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP and Hyperion (or similar systems) is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and strong computer skills.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Organization & Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
